The main unit has 1100 square feet of beautiful open space with vaulted ceilings and a 500 square foot lanai. The lower bedroom also has a private outside entrance and its own lanai for additional privacy.
Cottage 21C, located on the lower level of Cottage 21, is a 2 room studio, with sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai. The views are spectacular ‐ same as those for the upstairs level of Cottage 21. If you are a single or a couple looking for a smaller, more economical rental, this is the place for you.
And the best part … the golf discounts are the same in Cottage 21C as in cottage 21A. This comfortable studio is a rare find ‐ luxury vacation at a modest price.
You enter Cottage 21C into the bedroom (queen size bed), with the closet and full bath to the right. Ahead is the second room, which is a modified kitchen/living room. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, and electric fry pan for minimal cooking. There is also a small dining table with 3 chairs, 2 rattan easy chairs with matching ottoman and end table, and a full size washer/dryer. All dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, linens, etc. are furnished.
